2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chili sauce

1/4 cup diced green onions (white and green parts)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon taco seasoning

4 large flour tortillas (10-12 inches in diameter)

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chili sauce, and diced green onions. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, taco seasoning, along with salt and pepper to taste. Using a spatula or a fork, mix the ingredients thoroughly until everything is well blended and creamy.

    Assemble the Tortillas: Place each tortilla flat on a clean work surface or a large cutting board. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly while leaving about a half-inch border around the edges to prevent spillage.

      Roll Them Up: Starting from one end, carefully lift the edge of the tortilla and begin to roll it tightly like a log. Make sure to keep the filling tucked inside the tortilla as you roll; you can gently press the filling in to avoid any leaks. Fold in the sides as you roll to create a neat edge.

        Chill (Optional but Recommended): For optimal shape and easier slicing, wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This will help them firm up and hold their form.
