1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (adjust based on your sweetness preference)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

Instructions
 

Begin by adding 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk to the container of a high-speed blender.

    Next, peel and slice the ripe banana (if using fresh) and add it to the blender along with 1 cup of blueberries, ensuring they are washed if fresh or partially thawed if frozen.

      To the blender, incorporate 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder followed by 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut.
