3 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
