1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas), shelled

1 cup dried cranberries, sweetened or unsweetened according to preference

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

½ teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
