Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Popsicle molds

Optional: shredded coconut or finely chopped nuts for topping

Instructions

Blend the Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, add the pineapple chunks, sliced bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no large chunks remaining.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the blended mixture. If you prefer a sweeter popsicle, gradually add more honey or maple syrup, blending briefly after each addition to incorporate the sweetness thoroughly.

Prepare the Molds: Carefully pour the creamy yogurt mixture into your popsicle molds. Leave about half an inch of space at the top of each mold to allow for expansion during the freezing process.

Add Toppings (Optional): For an extra layer of flavor and texture, sprinkle shredded coconut or finely chopped nuts over the top of the yogurt mixture in each mold. This step is optional but adds a delightful crunch!

Insert Sticks: Gently insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. Ensure that the sticks go down as deep as possible without touching the bottom to keep them stable while freezing.

Freeze: Carefully place the filled molds into the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until they are completely solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: Once the pops are fully frozen, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. This will help loosen the popsicles for easier removal. Gently pull on the sticks to release the popsicles from the molds.

Enjoy your refreshing Tropical Bliss Frozen Pineapple Banana Yogurt Pops, perfect for a sunny day!
