Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to your desired sweetness)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup milk (use dairy or a non-dairy alternative)

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, mini chocolate chips, or granola

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), pure vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and ground cinnamon. Use a whisk or spatula to mix thoroughly until the ingredients are smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.

Create the Cinnamon Swirl Filling: In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and milk. Stir until the mixture is smooth and syrupy, with no lumps remaining. This will create a delicious cinnamon swirl for your pops.

Layer the Mixtures: Pour half of the prepared yogurt mixture into your pop molds, filling them about halfway. Next, take a spoon and drizzle a layer of the cinnamon swirl filling onto the yogurt. To create a marbled effect, use a skewer or toothpick to gently swirl the cinnamon mixture into the yogurt.

Finish Filling the Molds: Add the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the cinnamon swirl in each mold. Tap the molds lightly on the countertop to help settle the layers and eliminate any air pockets.

Insert Sticks: Carefully place the pop sticks into the center of each mold. If your molds come with lids, cover them for added stability.

Freeze: Transfer the molds to the freezer and allow the pops to freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until they are completely solid. For the best results, consider freezing them overnight.

Unmold and Serve: To release the frozen yogurt pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to slightly loosen them. Gently pull the pops out by the sticks. Optionally, roll them in your choice of toppings, such as crushed nuts, mini chocolate chips, or granola for an extra touch of flavor and texture.
