Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (choose plain or your favorite flavored variety)

1 cup granola (select any flavor you love)

1 cup mixed berries (use fresh or frozen options like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (to add sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional for enhanced flavor)

1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional for an extra touch of sweetness)

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt. Stir the mixture thoroughly until it is smooth and well combined.

Add Fruits and Crunch: Carefully fold in the mixed berries, granola, and chopped nuts into the yogurt mixture. If you enjoy chocolate, incorporate the mini chocolate chips at this stage for added sweetness and flavor.

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking dish (or a dish of a similar size) with parchment paper. Make sure the edges of the paper hang over the sides, which will help you lift the mixture out easily later.

Pour and Spread: Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared baking dish. Using a spatula, spread it evenly, ensuring the top is smooth and level.

Freeze: Place the baking dish in the freezer and allow the mixture to freeze for a minimum of 4-6 hours, or until it is completely firm and solid.

Cut into Bars: Once frozen, lift the mixture out of the pan by pulling on the parchment paper overhang. Transfer it to a cutting board and slice into bars or squares according to your preferred size.

Serve and Enjoy: You can serve the bars immediately for a refreshing treat, or store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for future cravings. Relish the delightful crunch and frosty texture anytime you wish!
