1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
