1 ripe mango, diced into small cubes

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (adjust for spice level)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

A pinch of salt, to taste

For Assembly:

4 large flour tortillas (substitute with whole wheat for a healthier option)

1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded

1 avocado, sliced

Optional: Greek yogurt or sour cream for drizzling

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
