1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust based on your sweetness preference)

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

½ cup cold water

Ice cubes

Extra mango slices and a sprinkle of matcha for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Mango Puree: In a blender, combine the diced mango with 1 tablespoon of honey (or maple syrup) and a splash of cold water. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste the puree and adjust sweetness if necessary. Once perfectly blended, set the mango puree aside.

    Mix the Matcha: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the matcha green tea powder and ½ cup of cold water until the matcha is smooth and fully dissolved. For the best results, you can use a traditional matcha whisk or an electric frother to achieve a clump-free consistency.

      Assemble the Latte: Take a tall glass and fill it halfway with ice cubes. First, pour in the unsweetened almond milk, followed by the luscious mango puree, allowing the two to form distinct layers in the glass.
