4 cups watermelon, cubed

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds for garnish
