Prepare the Zucchini: Begin by finely dicing the zucchinis into small, even pieces. This helps them cook quickly and ensures they mix well with the other ingredients.

    Sauté the Aromatics: In a large non-stick skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, sautéing them for about 2-3 minutes until the onion turns translucent and releases a fragrant aroma.

      Add Vegetables: Raise the heat to medium-high and introduce the diced zucchini and bell pepper into the skillet. Cook for around 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables soften and begin to caramelize slightly.
